Home Care Worker
Office-Based

A member of our team will contact you within 48 hours to have a friendly, informal conversation about your experience and values.
We invite shortlisted candidates to a face-to-face interview at our Stevenage office or, where appropriate, a video call. Our interview process is thorough but relaxed.
Following a successful interview, we will request references and initiate your enhanced DBS check. We cover the cost of the DBS check for all successful candidates.
Before you begin your first care visit, you will complete our comprehensive induction training programme — covering all essential skills, policies and procedures. Training is fully paid.
You will be introduced to your clients, supported by a care coordinator and given everything you need to make a great start.
