We are currently recruiting for the following roles across our Hertfordshire service area.
Community Carer
Home Care Worker
What the role involves:
- Providing personal care including washing, dressing, grooming and continence support
- Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring good nutrition and hydration
- Supporting clients with medication prompting and administration
- Providing companionship and emotional support
What we are looking for:
- A genuine passion for caring for others
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen attentively
Senior Carer
What the role involves:
- All responsibilities of the Community Carer role
- Providing guidance, mentoring and on-the-job support to junior carers
- Assisting care coordinators with care plan reviews and client assessments
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and families during allocated shifts
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a domiciliary or residential care setting
- NVQ / QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and support others
Care Coordinator
Office-Based
What the role involves:
- Managing care schedules and ensuring consistent, high-quality care delivery
- Matching carers with clients thoughtfully and effectively
- Coordinating with families, clients and healthcare professionals
- Conducting initial and review care assessments in clients' homes
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a care coordinator, supervisor or senior care role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Initial Conversation

We invite shortlisted candidates to a face-to-face interview at our Stevenage office or, where appropriate, a video call. Our interview process is thorough but relaxed.
Pre-Employment Checks
Following a successful interview, we will request references and initiate your enhanced DBS check. We cover the cost of the DBS check for all successful candidates.
Induction Training
Before you begin your first care visit, you will complete our comprehensive induction training programme — covering all essential skills, policies and procedures. Training is fully paid.
Your Career Begins
You will be introduced to your clients, supported by a care coordinator and given everything you need to make a great start.
