Our Story — Built on a Belief in Better Care

Bridgecare Solutions was founded with a clear and simple purpose: to provide home care that genuinely makes a difference. Not care that ticks boxes, but care that changes lives.

Our founders recognised a gap in Hertfordshire between what families needed and what was available to them — care that was truly personalised, consistently delivered and built around the individual rather than a timetable. That insight became the foundation of Bridgecare Solutions.

From our base at Caxton Point Business Centre in Stevenage, we have grown a team of dedicated, trained care professionals who share our founding values in every visit they make. Every member of our team — from our registered manager and care coordinators to our frontline carers — has been carefully selected for their professionalism, empathy and commitment to our core values. All carers are DBS-checked, fully trained and regularly supervised to ensure the highest standards of care at all times.

Registered Manager

Our Registered Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the service, ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements. With extensive experience in domiciliary care management, our Registered Manager ensures that every care plan is safe, effective and centred on the individual.

Care Coordinators

Our care coordinators are the heart of the day-to-day operation. They manage care planning, carer matching, scheduling and family communication — ensuring that each client receives seamless, consistent support and that families always have a knowledgeable, friendly point of contact.

Care Team

Our frontline carers are the people who make the real difference. Recruited for their compassion as much as their skills, they are trained in personal care, dementia support, medication assistance, manual handling and safeguarding. Regular supervision and refresher training ensure they are always performing at their best.

We achieved full registration with the Care Quality Commission, meeting all regulatory requirements and establishing our service as a trusted, compliant provider of domiciliary care.

Following our first inspection, Bridgecare Solutions received a CQC rating of Good — recognising the quality, safety and compassionate culture of our care service.

Service Expansion

We expanded our service area to cover Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield in addition to Stevenage, bringing our person-centred care to more families across Hertfordshire.
